Robert Zemeckis summary=In 1967, a young boy is orphaned and sent to live with his grandmother in the rural Alabama town of Demopolis. While there his grandmother tells him stories about Witches including her own youthful encounter with them. However, after discovering that these very same Witches are in their town, the grandmother whisks the boy off to one of the most opulent sea-side resorts in the South.
